We use a transparent flat-rate pricing system. For trips under our distance threshold, you pay a fixed base fare. For longer trips, the base fare applies plus a per-kilometre rate for the extra distance. There are no hidden charges, tolls, or surge pricing. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.
Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, a small cancellation fee may apply. Contact us by phone or email to cancel.
No. Irish Ride operates without requiring a signup or login. All we need is your phone number to send you booking confirmations and updates. You can optionally provide an email address, but it is not required.
We offer a range of vehicle types including standard saloon cars (up to 4 passengers), spacious SUVs (up to 6 passengers), and full-size vans (up to 8 passengers). All vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and driven by licensed professional drivers.
Yes. For all airport pickups, our drivers monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra cost. They will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a name board.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is made directly to your driver at the end of your trip. For corporate accounts, we also offer invoice billing.
Absolutely. You can book a return trip at the same time as your outbound journey, or book it separately later. Each trip is priced independently based on the route and vehicle type.
