These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Irish Ride website and services. By booking a transfer or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability. Fares are calculated based on the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations at the time of booking and are fixed once confirmed. Payment must be completed online at the time of booking via our secure payment system (Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Fares are calculated using the Google Maps Distance API to determine the distance in kilometres between the pickup and drop-off locations. This distance is multiplied by the current price per kilometre. The quoted fare includes all standard charges. If additional stops, diversions, or changes to the route are requested, supplementary charges may apply. An additional surcharge of 25% applies on 25th December, 26th December, 31st December, and 1st January.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may request modifications to your booking (e.g., change of time, date, or location) by contacting us. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised fare. Changes to the pickup or drop-off location will be recalculated based on the new distance.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times for delays at no additional cost. The driver will wait in the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point with a name board. Passengers are expected to proceed to the meeting point within a reasonable time after landing. Extended waiting beyond 60 minutes may incur additional charges.

Irish Ride reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, or endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers.
All drivers are fully licensed, vetted, and insured in accordance with Irish regulations. Vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected. While we make every effort to accommodate vehicle preferences, specific vehicle types are subject to availability.
Standard transfers include reasonable luggage capacity. If you have oversized, excess, or special luggage (e.g., sports equipment, musical instruments), please inform us at the time of booking. Irish Ride is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Irish Ride shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, severe weather, accidents, or other force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the relevant booking.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and Irish data protection legislation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
